  • Waters sailed as captain and as crew- East Coast: Maine to Florida, including Keys; Gulf Coast; West Coast: Alaska to Mexico; Caribbean and South America.

  • fishing - deep sea, coastal, inland.

OTHER PERTINENT EXPERIENCE
  • Propulsion equipment specification, and maintenance.  Gasoline and diesel engines.  Including ancillary systems: tanks, pumps, hoses, electrical systems, and etc.
  • Insurance, accident/claims investigation, emergency response and claims management experience (cargo; vehicular accident; bodily injury; physical damage and environmental).
  • Litigation management and negotiation; expert witness.
  • Cargo - Dry and liquid.  Break bulk and bulk.
  • Quality Management  Systems (ABS Certification/ISO 9000)
